Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre

almost perfect. lose to shopping centre and restaurants.

We attended a wedding in the studio so it was very convenient. The lady that checked us in (accent and new) was just divine. I work in hospitality and loved her customer service. An asset to the business.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The spa bath was amazing after a long day out on my feet. It was quiet at night even though it is on and near a main road. The park directly behind the hotel is fantastic for families and a 2 minute work to a major shopping centre was a bonus.

The young man named Peter on reception was absolutely helpful both before and during our stay. The housekeeping lady was wonderful. She asked us how things were, was there anything extra we needed and pointed out if we needed anything and she wasn’t around where we could find it. All the staff were smiling and pleasant. Loved the complimentary drinks at the cafe as well.

Lovely rooms, great location. Very quiet even though there was a function on. Difficult to get a car park near our room for that reason but overall was very good. The only downfall was the pillows, they were absolutely terrible so we will bring our own next time.
